Um, there's two arguments here, for B):
You may want your big bike more over the winter because there aren't many races so do the forks and save more for your Focus, or A):
Get your race bike absolutely pimped and "finish it" (not that our bikes are ever really finished) so you can forget about it and just save for a new fork, btw what's wrong with the front wheel? Tornados are bombproof but heavy as f*ck, is it just cause it's white?
Anyway I think you would benefit more from the fork because apart from the pedals how much difference are bars and a wheel (that might be heavier) going to make?

Went down on friday afternoon, OMG it's amazing! The 4X is crazy muddy but the DH stuff is sooooo good. Wooden quarters halfway down trails, 30ft ladder gaps, riding in the dark, awesomeness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
